faillog는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령대의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Summary

faillog does not transmit or sell your personal information to external servers. All task data is stored locally on your device. Task data is only sent to an external API when you use the AI Analysis feature.

1. Information We Collect

Task data: title, deadline, completion/failure status, failure reason, memo — stored locally on device only
Notification permission: used to send deadline reminders (processed on-device)
AI Analysis (Premium): when you request an analysis, a statistical summary of your tasks is sent to the OpenAI API. No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is included.
In-app purchases: payments are handled by Apple App Store. The app does not directly collect any payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide core app functionality (task logging, statistics, notifications)

3. Third-Party Sharing

When you use the AI Analysis feature, a summary of your task statistics may be sent to OpenAI's API. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose any personal information to third parties for any other purpose.

All data is stored in your device's local storage. Deleting the app removes all associated data. There are no accounts or server-side storage — backups occur through your device's iCloud backup if enabled.

faillog is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
